ABOUT RESET
Susanne Todd is the Principal at Reset Business Services Ltd. RESET supports business owners by helping finance teams function more efficiently and provide management with relevant information so they can make good business decisions.
Susanne works with the Finance Manager to help refresh the finance function within an organisation. This is achieved through Mentoring and Training Programmes designed specifically to suit the needs of you and your business. Having a mentor for your Finance Manager can introduce fresh ideas and provide a sounding board for what is often a difficult role. Providing focused training sessions can help grow the capabilities of your finance teams.
Susanne also looks to see if your office processes are still relevant based on your current workforce and business environment. Small changes may lead to greater efficiencies, cost savings and a more engaged finance team.
In addition to supporting the Finance Team , Susanne is available to work with Business Owners in a Financial Governance role. Sometimes Business Owners need assistance in understanding "what the numbers mean" and knowing what questions they should be asking. She is able to work with your current Board or management team to provide Financial Governance support.

Susanne has worked in senior Financial Controller roles and has an excellent understanding of the challenges Finance teams face. Susanne has also worked as a Finance Lecturer at a Polytechnic where she gained the skills required for training others.
